 Snow….gently snow covering your home. You sit on your bed looking out the window just watching how your backyard became a winter wonderland. You smiled at how beautiful winter was. There was a knock on your  (s/f/c) door.

 You turned your head and yelled “come in”.

The door opened and it was your older brother Jacob in a fancy black and white outfit. He looks very handsome in it and you smiled at him.

“Hi Jacob, how are you?” you asked sweetly.

Jacob smiles at you “I’m good-” he stopped and saw you weren’t fully dressed. “What, you’re still not dressed?” he sighed.

You pouted at him after all you were only 7 and he was 10. “I was getting ready, but then it started to snow and I wanted to watch it.” you explained.

 Jacob just laughed at your explanation and jestered his hands towards him. “Common I’ll help you fix your hair while you put on your shoes.”

 You smiled and got off your bed and quickly got some black shoes that matched your black dress and quickly ran to him. Jacob took your hand and lead you to the bathroom. There you sat down on a little chair and started putting on your shoes while Jacob put your hair up in pigtails.

“Hey Jacob…” you said after putting on your shoes.

“What is it?” he asked.

“Will you put one of mommy’s bows on me?” You asked smiling at him. You love your mother's bows after all her death wish was for you where the same

“Sure” Jacob answered smiling at you.

 Jacob looked under the sink and got out a baby blue box with white figure skating shoes on them and opened it. He looked around and found two small black and white bows, perfect for you. He then put the bows where your pigtails were and stepped back.

“Done.”

 You got up and looked at yourself in the mirror. You smiled and hugged Jacob. “Thank you Jacob!” you said cutely.

Jacob hugged back and said “you’re welcome Snowflake.” You smiled more when he called you by your nickname.

 Jacob took your hand and walked you downstairs where your grandmother was waiting. She was sitting in the kitchen wearing a long black dress. When she heard you and Jacob enter the kitchen she looks up from her book and smiles at both of you.

"My, don't both of you look lovely" she smiled.

"Thank you grandmother" you said politely and cutely.

Jacob smiled at you and said to your grandmother "we're both ready to go Grandmother."

Grandmother got up from the chair walked to the door with you and Jacob right behind her. Grandmother stopped by the front door to help bundle you and Jacob up. Grandmother made double sure you were warm because your body wasn't very strong against the cold. After making sure you were warm she lead you and Jacob outside where a winter wonderland was awaiting you both. Your smile brighten up and went wider then the Chesire Cat in Alice in Wonderland (not in a creepy way).

"Are you ready to see what you can do (y/n)?" She asked you.

"Yes!" You answered happily.

"Very well then, it's time to test your gift."
